And it doesn't seem to be a fx of the show. They did these things before. I think they're an exceptional family and I pray that t.v. doesn't expose them to too much. I just don't understand how you'd think that.

I like watching the Duggar family, but when are the older girls are going to go off to college. I'm mean it's more to life than watching your siblings. The ones that already finished school they need to go off to college so they can learn about life and get to experience different.

@alwayscarmel Good luck to that. Bill Gothard's teachings won't allow them to. His Cult (and they members of his cult) strongly discourage women doing anything out of the home. Duggars don't mention Gothard for some reason but they are part of his cult. I used to be part of it when I was a kid, and still know people in it. I asked if they were part of it...and the answer is yes.

@alwayscarmel i believe alot of the children want to be in the ministry and join the missionary. But I do remember on one of the episodes some of the children wanted to go off and join a profession that involves a higher education.

these are healthy,young& beautiful girls with good genes to repopulate the earth with loving Christians. Im not religious im just sayin thats what the duggars are about. Having a servants heart & helping others with kindess & generosity! I get it...You cant exactly get mad at the duggars. Theyr good people with good morals! Not like these tan dirtbags that hang out in clubs talkin about GTL & juicin! I wish i had taught my kids more "Duggar" (not the repopulate part haha)

@MiniDress360 :) That's one of the things I love about the Duggar girls. In this day and age of makeup, midriff tops, low-rise jeans, plunging necklines and see through lacy blouses, the Duggar girls look pretty with just a bit of light makeup and modest clothes.

If you mean the dull coloured, shapeless, baggy, "frankly my dear I don't give a damn" type of sweats, about as pretty as any other woman. Overalls I've seem two of them wearing the "construction worker" type. As for the other kind, I know women who don't own a skirt and wouldn't touch overalls because they are SOOO Seventies, LOL!
