Unfortunately the bigger boys got hold of him and wrecked the album. I'f I'd of been in charge I would of kept the rawness. Shame he got gobbled up by the big guns and not put in a studio with real music lovers.

Still, there is nowhere better to listen to him than through youtube! Until someone is able to capture his brillliance on tape we'll all be forwarding links.

I agree with many of the people on here, he does not have anywhere near the same impact when his sons are polished in a studio whith drums and backing. At his best when he is not trying to make an anthem out of every song.

Totally disagree. They were great to start with but the production polished them off , made them evolve and helped direct him to a wider appeal. The songs sounded great live recently in there new format and he seemed to be having a blast with them.

Everyone has the ability to sing its simply a matter of personal taste to whether you like it or not. Just because you dont like his voice doesnt mean he cant sing Ok I understand hes no Jeff Buckley or Rufus Wainwright vocally but Tommy has a raw/honest talent & his voice suits his music and what he expresses through it. I have a lot of belief that he will go far Not a comparison but look at Dylan how good was his voice How big did he become? arguably the greatest singer/songwriters. Ace Song
