all the fireballs can be blocked and so the illusion spark doesnt work!! Its like the kick in the air, after the kick u can so illusion spark but it can also BLOCKED! This combos doesnt really work. i also play rose.

@hooajo What are you talking about? This is in Vanilla, they removed Unblockable Ultras in the newer versions. Those fireballs cannot be blocked if you time Illusion Spark right on the frame the fireball makes contact. I specifically set the dummy to block on wake-up, and they DIDN'T block them, which means it was unblockable. And no, the hitstun from Rose's heavy aerials are all high enough to chain Illusion Spark, especially so in the newer versions, that's why it counted in the combo meter.

Im not really all that good but I enjoy using rose (And sucking up them yummy shoto shots) and noticed her crouching hits are faster than standing hits o_O Awesome video and your rose is pretty awesome!

I wonder if you are still able to do the combo that starts at 2:49 in Super Street fighter 4, I was really trying to link the crouching medium punch with the medium soul spiral, but it's all in vain. Thanks in advance

@holybird90 It really depends on the character. Sagat is a big character, and you can easily land that combo. And the Soul Spiral isn't medium, it's a Light Soul Spiral.

@PearledWaveS ive beeen wondering after watching this can you EX soul throw blankas ultra like the first part when he rolls up in the air? I know el fuerte can do it but ive never seen a rose do it lol i just wanna know if its possible

and plus in SSFIV you can combo into soul throw XD

@mcknight9127 Yuppp, you can just block the first hit of his Ultra, then just EX Soul Throw his when he goes into the air.

@MegamanNG I'm GLAD for that though, it's something that I really felt was necessary. I hated dealing with his one uppercut doing the same damage as a four hit combo from Rose.
