If I used bleach over and over again on the same spot on a pair of red shoes, do you think it could eventually turn them completely white?

@porkwanka I don't think it matters what bleach pen you use, You can even just use it straight out of the bottle like I did back in the days before pens, and use Q-tips, and paint brushes, I just do this to China pairs these days, because USA Chucks are going to be getting harder and harder to find, and I want them to last me a lifetime, and for my sons.
