ooh yum. what happens if you dont have that jiffy corn mix? can I use masa white corn flour or polenta corn meal? I am in Australia and we cant get it here. Is it the same as polenta?
@Fitange you have to make the mix using corn meal, flour and baking powder. check online for a basic corn brad mix recipe then follow the rest of my instructions. hope you make it and enjoy, its sooooo good!! i live in japan now so its hard to find ingredients, so i have my family ship jiffy mix sometimes.

Yummmmmmmmmmm I love cornbread. We can hardly ever get it in Australia so we have to make it ourselves. I'm gonna keep my eye out for this 'cornbread mix' but I'm not sure if its available here... :( Anyway...thanks for this video - its awesome. And looks so good!
Just made this and it was so yummy....didn't use the cheese bcuz I like plain corn bred.

any brand cream corn style is fine, i usually use the green giant brand though.
