We should as Canadians, put funding towards the reserves and less towards 3rd world countries. Send Mike Homes in for a couple of years- provide a separate reserve for the gangs to destroy- which maybe they won't if it belongs only to them. let the good people who want help receive it. Concentrate on healing the new generation.
