Yea it kinda sucks they removed the limit, kinda doesn't make it "special" anymore. I'm OMD on my main account.

They can be any level, they are random when you scratch the card from the store. They are supposed to be a V9 though.

I completed the story mode with a v7 Spirit yesterday
Nice one! =) They changed that a few weeks ago so you can do it at any level. It used to be only at level 71.
