One of the things I love with Karate is that its so respectful. Everyone shows their respect to each other by bow. If there is a man and a female, if there is a black and a white, if there are young and old, they show respect against each other by bow. Karate the art of respect!
Are the extra steps at 2:57/2:58 part of the bunkai, or just a natural shift of the maai during the demonstration? (seen more clearly at 3:05/3:06)
