The problem is, Ed Wood's movies were at least enjoyable because they were bad. I had a lot of fun watching Plan 9 From Outer Space. You don't get that from a bad movie that often. While Boll's films are beyond awful, it's Boll himself that just makes it bad alone. Ed Wood, if Tim Burton's movie Ed Wood is anything to go by, wasn't a bad person, he was somewhat kind, and cared about his movies, even if he wasn't very good. Uwe Boll is just in it for the money.

@raiderfan89ify Michael Bay had made one decent movie (Transformers 1, but dear god not the 2nd! XD) which was nominated for a couple Academy awards which I believe was visual and audio. Boll hasnt made one decent film, hasnt been nominated for Razzy awards alot more, and doesn't even play video games to give his adaptations inspiration.

This man is the new Ed Wood, and God help me, I love him for it. His terrible movies are unintentionally hilarious and still somehow more entertaining than a lot of the slickly made, flat, assembly line shit that Hollywood craps out on a regular basis. Bret Ratner has nothing on this guy. Sure the Rat is a hack, but his films are more bland than anything else. Boll is a true master of "So Bad It's Good". I would rather sign a petition to stop Michael Bay. :-)

Boll hasnt made one decent film, hasnt been nominated for Razzy awards alot more, and doesn't even play video games to give his adaptations inspiration.

transformers was a lot of shit too. you'd have to be a young teenager to enjoy those films. granted that megan fox made the film watchable. his career died after Con air. Bad Boys, The Rock, Con Air jesus the three best action movies of the 1990's and you see how character development in those films just died out as soon as he made pearl harbour which was an alright movie but disgraces the memory of those who died.

@ditdatdot Thank you for defining shit, but good job completely ignoring the fact Uwe Boll does it too. I seen his bad filmmaking, look up the video, Uwe Boll Masterpiece. He uses that cliche freeze shot, the bad awkward unfitting rap music, and quick shots of the video game. I can understand why he cant have good special effects but those are easy to avoid, and those are bad decisions. Bay is a cliche summer action director, but at this point, Uwe Boll is remembered as a video game director.

I didn't. Never said I did. I just know a lot about film, and study it from a psychological aspect. I've watched many of his films, the best of which I think is postal.
I can say honest to god, he only needs two things:
*Better script/story (a lot better)
*Less slow motion
That's it. Then he could make a decent film.
