Thats crazy, shes in great shape. I just recently got a ab wheel and tried it out...I can barely do 5 of them and I am not able to go all the way down lol, I can barely go 1/2 way down before I have to pull back up or I feel like Im gonna roll out from under myself and fall on my face. I have been trying to do 5 a day lol...Im weak:P
Thanks! Adding weight increases difficulty for 2 reasons. 1 It makes it harder to push (initiate the movement) and 2 it makes it hard to stop the bar at the end position (decelleration) and return to the start point.
I been doing 150 per day for 3 months and my abs are rockhard!

Mike Boyle has a great article with videos and progressions and regression for the ab wheel on T-nation. That should help you.
Thanks for the love!

good stuff... does adding more weight to the bar make the exercise any more difficult?
