I have sleep apnea, according to several Doctors, they said that my neck was big and I have a double chin. Can this help my apnea if I use it under my chin? It would be awesome, if it really works, I am desperate to find out. I absolutely hate using my Cpap at night.

I take lecithin 3 times a day in capsule form. Will that have an effect on my fat storages? Another words, does it have to be injected at the site of excess fat to work, or can it be taken orally?
Many people say there are benefit from taking oral lecithin. However studies to date regarding fat suggest it may have to be injected The effects of orally administered phosphatidylcholine (PPC) on plasma lipids, lipoproteins and platelet function and composition were studied in seven healthy male volunteers. PPC did not appear to modify the levels of plasma total cholesterol and triglycerides. High density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol levels were, however, increased after six weeks of PPC.
It is hypothesized that HDL can remove cholesterol from atheroma within arteries and transport it back to the liver for excretion or re-utilization—which is the main reason why HDL-bound cholesterol is sometimes called "good cholesterol"
