The emotions I saw broke my heart. Even though Cory Mayo wrote this for his dad, I do believe Mr. Strait was thinking of Jenifer when he was singing. He heard this song on a trip we were making to one of his treatments and said that if he didn't make it, he wanted this song played for him. 8 months to the day after his prognosis he passed and we played this for him without a dry eye in the room.

I can't imagine losing my mom, but in 2008 I have been through a lot, lost two friends in car wrecks, lost my grandmaw, have a cousin with two brain tumors and doctors cant do nothing about them and she is dieing, and another cousin that is going blind. 2008 was a depressing year for me. Remember that our loved ones are watching over us now.
