Holding the feet down at the same angle of the body can cause a lot of stress and to the groin area. use a bench with the knees higher. use your own strength, no holding down You can have good energy, enthusiam, do these and still get nothing out of it if thats all involved.
You wont get a sixpack of doing this exercise, do u know why?
Because u dont use the RA muscle just the hip bending muscle aka Iliopsoas so therefore there is no point doing this if you think it will give ya bigger sixpack. Do crunches instead if u want bigger ra muscles
