I commend Liz for doing this. I've read that most of the participants are male. Liz is brave and takes it all in stride with good humor. For Ladies contemplating shaving, notice Liz's dangling earrings. They go well with bald head, as do high or turned up collars(remember 1st Star Trek Movie?),or large clip on earrings, necklace or choker of bright beads or faux pearls, light colored tops or shirt. All complement bald head/very short hair
St. Baldrick's is a great charity concept:: donors have their heads shaved to raise money for cancer research. When a woman is the donor, its even more impressive.
Kudos to Liz! She seemed to really enjoy her head-shaving. She's raised money for cancer research and provided a great video for those who like women that are confident enough to voluntarily have their hair shaved off and actually have fun doing it. Very special ladies - and Liz is one.
I would love to do that! I'm really young, so I don't know which organization would do it for me or who. But this is something I would love to do!
