  • The love of God is compassion. Without knowing such things, "evil" becomes based on morality and is subjective to the perspective of the culture in which it dwells.

  • ohh now i understand what this video is all about...people think god made all evil and killings and wars stuff like that...

  • I thought Einstein was homeschooled

  • @stonedhippopotamus That was before he got expelled.

  • Fix: God did not create evil. Evil is the result of what happens when there's absence of good.

One does not simply confuse good deeds with the love of God. For good can exist with or without the presence of religion.

  • @LAGG3R so god is not a word for good, that means... its not god who has to touch everything to be good, its, how much god is filled with "good" or not...

  • well that was silly

  • stupid video....

  • @nextblain Biased mind.

  • If I may.. Even if Einstein never really said it, what does it matter? The points made are completely true. Cold really is the absence of heat and darkness really is the absence of light, its physics. And human suffering is the result of poor decision making. Ex:Two teens have sex, one had an STD that the other contracted. It was the persons own fault they got the STD because they made the choice. And if you truly hate Christianity, why did you click on this? I will repecct your belifs if you

  • respect mine.

  • @Deidaraxfangirl I clicked this link because an uninformed Christian thought that using Albert Einstein to prove the existence of their deity, was a good idea. It wasn't.

  • Yeah, this is made up.

  • @snapy666 god has no begining or end, he is just there, and he was lonely so he created man, and gave us free will so that WE could decied wether to choose him or the devil.

  • Erik Satie - Gnossienne 1 awesome !

  • an insult to my intelligence, to even think thats enough to make me go "oh maybe there is a god actually". The video purposely ends when the kid sits down, maybe the professor had something more to say ?

The morality is "if you don't believe in god then you're evil", well then all the believers are completely bonkers to even think "oh that is a good comeback", well no, no, no, its not, its a SHIIT comeback, wake the f*** up, lets wait 50 years and see how many believers remain...

  • @Perrrrrrrrrrrrr no...not true..there is no evil..just ppl who can't feel love

  • This again? This has been thoroughly debunked, again and again. Check it out at Snopes.

They're just using his name because he has a reputation for being smart. So it's a lie solely to support an appeal-to-authority fallacy. Einstein was at best a weak deist. He denied the existence of a soul and that of a personal God who is concerned with our affairs or who has anything to do with morality.

  • It's sad when you have to resort to lies to promote your religion... wait what am I saying? That's the way it has always worked.

  • This is an absolute lie. Einstein NEVER did this.

  • Plain false. Einstein also wasn't even out of the ordinary outside of high school and college. This story was made up in 1999, then around 2003 some schmuck added einstein to it. Its a load of shit. Einstein was a religious non-believer. Anyone who spends 15 mins actually confirming shit would know that.

  • All false information wrapped around illogical thinking. Heat and cold don't describe the amount of matter or existence of something, but rather the level of activity already present with an amount of matter - molecules. The more the molecules move, the more heat. The less, the colder it is. This is called thermodynamics. Lastly, the absence of light, darkness, means there is a presence of blackness. Blackness is what our EYES render as a default image when there is no light. Facts > falsehood.

  • so this is false, right?

  • ofcourse not .... dumbie

  • Why is everyone so desperate to stamp their faith on famous names?

and I don't just mean Christians.

Who cares if Einstein was an atheist or theist,

the truth will be true regardless of what any genius thinks or says.

You can't prove what is true or false by saying "because so and so said so".

Don't waste your time claiming names and look for YOURSELF at what is true or not.

  • what's the name of this musical instrument ?

  • wow, i find 180 idiots who can't use basic logic, go study idiots

  • Einstein would have killed himself if he was alive and watched this :( He was not a theist and absolutely not a moron to back fucking religion

  • Comment removed

  • Einstein always made +energy.his always smile and funny , love

  • Wait wait wait! Why the hell there where some russian words? O_O

  • Da wird einem ja übel.

  • Did anyone else notice that E=sqrt[(pc)^2+(mc^2)^2] is written on the blackboard?!

Also, this video is bullshit. Einstein was a Spinozist at best.

  • -_-

  • I make peace and create evil. I the Lord do all these things. - Isaiah 45:7

  • @vodzdong Totally outta context brohiem

  • @vodzdong

the word evil in that context does not mean moral evil (sin). It means that God can create calamity, natural disasters, etc. His power is so great that he controls those things.

  • @xaznguitaristx how do you even know did the pastor told you that?dont add up to the words of your god dont change the bible Isaiah 55:11 read it

  • @xaznguitaristx he means evil like sin the supporting word is peace.means he is talking about the vice versa of peace "chaos" or good and evil.who ever teach you that the evil means natural disaster he/she must be fabricating the bible in his own word.first rule of the bible is that gods words is everlasting and doesnt change and who are you to change it?

  • @vodzdong

why are you so ignorant as to judging me so quickly. I'm fabricating the bible? Do you even research a Christian's point of view first before responding to me?

    check this link out... carm(dot)org/does-god-create-evil

There isn't really a first rule of the Bible by the way. Even Jesus says that the most important commandment is to Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. And then to love your neighbor as yourself.

  • @xaznguitaristx no im not ignorant but i use to be a christian who use to belive in what you belive in.most of the christians dont even read and understand the bible they just belive on what their pastor told them to.and olso have you ever seen my point of view?i seems you never try to even think on what im saying.try to read the verse that i tell you

If Gods hand created everything, how could it come that his hand didn't touch the evil?

If you argument with logic, your argument should make sense !

  • Even if Einstein really said this... your using an 8 year old's opinion to sustain your belief? ಠ_ಠ

    btw this was fabricated

  • Comment removed

  • I dunno if Einsten actually said or not, but this kid is really smart, he gets it.

  • I cant believe that they teach students with physics at a young age

  • a genius in mathematics aswellas logic!...?

  • @vishnusnamboothiri Yes...and using logic I cant make the reverse seem true, all I have to do is assume god is hateful rather than loving. Then good does not exist. It is just like darkness and cold, God did not create good. Good is the result of what happens when man does not have God's hate present in his heart. By what method can you deduce the truth of either assertion?

  • @KingOfCarrotFIowers : its just a matter of choice Mr king. We all take the side which comforts us. Einstein chose the side of solution..well a warm solution according to comfort of his heart.

But you can choose the side of debate and argument if it comforts you. Everyone is right in this world, you, Einstein and everyone else .

  • whether Einseein said this or not, its still good, Im sure Einstein would agree

  • There is one God, the kid's demonstration is logical 100% , so we dont care if he was really albert EINSTEIN or not !!

  • If this is what the religious christians call logic....then tell me this, who or what is this "God" you people speak of? Evil and deception will always be a result of us not knowing who we really are......infinite consciousness.

  • @MysTeri0usMatT7 Look at the video again. The kid said that evil is the result of people who lack God within their hearts. And you're right, some do evil to know who they really are but if you have found your true self then why do that?? As for your question, God, in all Christian beliefs, is the creator of everything. Have you heard of Alpha and Omega? Yes, he is that. God is the beginning and the end.

  • @YuiChanDomo Appreciate it, but I prefer not to have a biblical lecture thrown at me in a sense. I understand christian beliefs of god, but being somewhat of a rationalist and religion questioneer, I must say its quite arrogant and cynical to think something else is in control of you eternally when actually you are your own god, infinite consciousness....all possibility, is, was, and all there ever will be. It doesn't matter who you "are", because we all leave our physical bodies in the end.

  • @MysTeri0usMatT7 You have some point though and I understand if you don't believe. I respect all people and their own religious insights. And maybe you're right. What if there's no really a God. But that's the wonder of Christians is even though they don't see Him, we still believe. That's what we call Faith. :)) But whatever. I respect you. If you don't care. So do I. Everybody walks away happy. I wish you good luck and good health.

  • Hey, I like the logic, anyway. Too bad it's not useful for us F'd up humans. Wish the schools would teach logic. Seem the establishment relies on a "common sense" idea that logic is common sense when its not really that common.

  • Look everyone, don't get your panties up your crack. This is a very old urban legend and was not created by the people who filmed this. That being said, can any of your disprove the logic said? I think it is a very good, philosophical argument. It is indeed interesting.

  • Its sad to see (theist) people selling off their ideas under the name of established scientists. Shame on you, whoever made this video! Einstein never had this conversation.

    See [ mentalworld. in / blog ]

  • Funny thing, Einstein was a atheist, when he went to America! Google it!

Lustig! Einstein veröffentlichte Atheistische Texte in Amerika! Googelt es!

  • @DenizG92 Einstein did believe in GOD, but whether he believed in the Constatine Christian Catholic veiw point of Jesus being GOD, that is another thing.

  • To a scientist, "heat" is an imprecise word that describes the human perception of the amount of molecular energy that our bodies are absorbing at a given moment. "Cold" merely means that the amount of molecular energy is low enoungh to cause discomfort.

  • kapitalni krasaw4ik

  • ... an then, being that a school of the 1800's, the teacher grabbed little Einstein to the front of the class and beat him with the stick.

  • It's so sad this. Using Einstein's name to win adepts :c

  • @Cyrieleden U re right, people are very disrespectful! Einstein would be very disgusted with this .

  • @Cyrieleden : the crux was not einstein said this. The crux was that the expression of that boy seemed to be in sync with physics, common sense and nature and simplicity. He could be anyone....but director of this video thought that identity of that boy must be something which could make the entire message more acceptable in public.

  • @Cyrieleden maybe he did say all this

  • The knots represented mass, (or knoted energy), which then caused the curviture in the surface of the handkerchief . . .etc etc.

  • Einstein had a reputation for being a lazy student and a day dreamer. Much of his honework was done for him by his good friends in his class. It was this very day-dreamer state of mind that led to his great revelations in theory concerning the nature of the "curviture in space" as an explanation for gravity. He often tied knots in the corners of a handkerchief to make a cap, this first gave him the model for the curviture in space . . .

  • @DoDue I went to school in South Germany. Neither "Swabian" nor any other dielect was allowed in the public schools system. Germany, the first country to have a state school system, had high standards of learning. Hochdeutsch is the official language of Germany and students from the village & countryside were/are required to learn & use it. Decipline in German public schools in 1900 was strict. No student would dare to contradict his professor in such a manor. This story is rediculous!

  • This has noting to do with the reality and the real Einstein.

"when man does not have Gods love present in his heart." My english is not perfect but the right translation is "This is the result of this what Gods hand has not still touched."

With this methods i can let him speak about little green men on Mars. But some men are getting impressed because of: The great Einstein has said this - therefore it is the truth.

The problem of Theodizee is a religious discussion for more than 1000 years.

  • Einstein was born in Ulm about 50 kilometers from my hometown. The teacher and

Einstein are speaking an awful german. The teacher with an east euopean (NOT jiddish)

    accent...

He is always useing the word "GOTT" but he was a jew!

The school situation is also not real. "Herr Lehrer" (Teacher) not Professor, coeducation (means girls and boys at one room) is very unusual for this time in a big city, speaking without lift up the hand and invitation of the teacher is ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBILE.

  • Um (den wirklichen) Einstein zu zitiern :

    "Wissenschaft ohne Religion ist blind,

    Religion ohne Wissenschafft lahm."

  • VERY GOOD!!!!!!!!

  • @blizzmen

Was hat Kälte bzw. Wärme mit dem pH-Wert zu tun?

  • @TheRevolutionExodus

Was hat licht mit wärme zu tun? :)

  • religion overexagorates evrything

  • and why angry? duuh. how can you say this is fabricated?? are you guys classmates of einstein? damn. this is just a re-enacment of a part of einstein's life. be a logical thinker. maybe some people here are atheist, FYI you're not just the existing religion here in the world so let the other express themselves. kairita kayo.

  • bøsse (witch is speeched like "angry" in german), means gay in danish

  • @computerfis

    i know ;)

  • I smell bullshit.

    This is an evident hoax.

Damn it! religious people are really desperate, they really want to gain some credibility. Well good luck (no actually I don't wish you good luck)

  • I find it strange that I speak English and I actually kind of understand german without ever formally learning it. I like the language for this reason and I really want to learn it one day.

  • Alles Gute ;)

  • This event is totally fabricated. Shame on the Christians for making up a story about Einstein like this.

  • @ClamCrunchy even if it wasn't einstein to say this, but this realy gives you something to think doesn't it =)?!

  • @BelloItaliano2009 What the boy says has nothing to do with whether not God exist. You might aswell say that goodness is an absence of evil and we can only be good when we don't do what god told us.

  • @danne696 I never said it had anything to do with wheather god exists or not, i said god didn't create evil, evil does not exist, and that's the result of that god didn't touch (create).

  • LAWS OF PHYSICS love this line

  • @EastofForever

hehe nice bait but im not going to start a fight.. more power to you my friend

  • @EastofForever

thats alright, as long as YOU hear the voices in your head ;)

  • Albert Einstein: God is a Product of Human Weakness The word god is for me nothing more than the expression and product of human weaknesses, the Bible a collection of honourable, but still primitive legends which are nevertheless pretty childish. No interpretation no matter how subtle can (for me) change this. Letter to philosopher Eric Gutkind, January 3, 1954

  • @alitabatabaei But that does not blatantly intend to mean that Einstein does not believe in the existence of God, in some sense of the word.

  • Ein richtiges Vorbild!

  • Ah! there is no such thing as ignorance. What you call Religion is simply a lack of knowledge.

  • @IntrepidStranger If you aren't claiming to know everything, then you are claiming that everyone is ignorant, including yourself.

  • @Nyctitropist Um, I don't have a religion. There is a fallacy to my statement, but you've missed it. It implies that our religion is proportional to our ignorance, and since I neither know everything, nor have a religion, I am myself a proof against my humorous hypothesis. The point though was to show how silly this video is without taking the time to take apart every lie and fallacy contained within since no one would likely take the time to read it anyway.

  • Does this mean that midgets are not short, they just have an absence of height? But seriously, I have to say that I admire the logic behind the arguments. God created everything, including evil, therefore God is evil. I would have thought that the slaughter of Sodom and Gomorrah, the great flood, the ten plagues of Egypt and all the other atrocities related in the bible would have been a better argument. Evil is the absence of God in your heart, interesting theoretical basis, crappy conclusion.

  • @necros20091 So it's evil for God to pass judgement on a people that are some of the most evil and vile people alive. If Hitler was in a room with you right now and you had a gun wouldn't you kill him? So by your logic you must be evil, since you probably would. God killed people, but they were evil and corrupt people. It was judgement.

  • @RandomGuyNumber2 Actually, no, I wouldn't kill Hitler, because I don't believe that anybody has the right to take a life, whatever the reason. As to your assertion that the people God killed were evil, presumably many of the first-born of egypt, which was the tenth plague, were children. What exactly had they done that was so evil? The residents of Sodom and Gomorrah were homosexuals, how does that make them evil? Lot's wife simply looked back at the destruction and she was killed, evil? no.

  • @necros20091 Well I'd kill Hitler in a heartbeat. He's an evil man and deserves to die for the crimes he committed. The punishment was for the Egyptians who had sinned and therefore were punished. You're assuming that sins are different based on what sin was commited. To God all sins are evil, and sin equals the punishment of death. Practicing homosexuality, especially prostitution, is a sin, and it was to a very high extent it was being practiced in Sodom and Gomorrah, yet they didn't turn away

  • @necros20091 Also, Lot's wife disobeyed God when He strictly said NOT to look back. I can't tell you why he decided that punishment for right there, but he was passing judgement, and she died for her sin. Also, my brother posted this on my YouTube account so I don't want to get in an argument, if you want to read about "God being evil" Read "Case for Faith" by Lee Stroble. You'll have all your questions answered and you'll see why God isn't evil, I can't easily explain why he isn't in these

  • @necros20091 Short YouTube comments.

  • @RandomGuyNumber2 If you read the bible, then you will see that God killed a lot of people who were not actually evil, they just disobeyed his wishes. That isn't judgement, that's sulking. Herod ordered the slaughter of all children under two, God didn't punish him. Pontius Pilate ordered the execution of Jesus, did God punish him? There is a big difference between judgement and murder, and killing people who disagree with you is murder.

  • @necros20091 Disobeying God's wishes IS evil. ALL sin is the SAME to God. Therefore, it is evil to disobey God, the one set up the rules and laws we have to obey. God didn't punish him? He's in Hell, that IS punishment. Just because it's not punishment on Earth, doesn't mean he isn't punished. Pontius Pilate ordered Jesus executed yes, but that was for God's plan first off, and He is in Hell also as far as I know, for the crimes he commited. Maybe they did suffer for all we know either way.

  • @necros20091 Also, disagreeing with God is a sin, and as i've said all sin is the same. The punishment for sin is death, and therefore it is not murder.

  • obsessed by einstein

  • please can any one tell me what is name of the back ground music in this vedio ???

  • @aimensayadi Erik Satie - Gnossienne No.1

  • POOOOW¡¡¡ BANG¡¡ JEEZ man am gonna cry, that is some answer man, i am amzed. woooow

  • it sounds like they are not native speakers...weird accent

  • @sknkia its inbalance wen God prevent evil.earth is not heaven.

  • evil exist in the absence of love for God, i guess this is what he's trying to tell.. if u don't accept/believe in God there'll be evil.. it is God's creatures that made evil exist not Him... and besides, never compare religions, there's no such perfect religion.. it depends on the person on how they define it, judging the way people hate on this video, i guess they're EVIL, they don't even know how to RESPECT others beliefs... that's why EVIL exists...

  • @sknkia balance

  • germans are the smartest! im german!

  • @sknkia well it´s everybodys free decision whether to believe or not.... nobody should force someone to believe in sth. ..... but every human ´has a soul ....you know that.... the sense of a soul is to believe and its the only way to connect to god& religion...so in my opinion every atheists has doubts

  • @sknkia your last question is quite interesting but you won´t find the answer in christianity unfortunately because christianity doesn´t explain this evil injustice but the islam does... thats why you can blame the christianity for turning people into atheists!

  • @sknkia whether god exists or not has nothing to do with what he's saying.

  • Well, Mr Einstein according to what you are saying , as cold does not physically exist in nature God could not be existed in the Heart as well ! How is that -God does not exist - possible ?!

Or you have mixed up a physical and metaphysical subject fooling people by this tricky fallacy ?!

  • Comment removed

  • sounds cool, says nothing, welcome to religion :D

  • @Skelros 'Cool' is just the absence of nerds.. LOL

  • @Skelros only beacause you don't understand :P

  • @Zi3n0

whats there to understand? its a really clever comparison - thats it, a theological hypothesis.

  • HAHAHAHAHA HAHA HA!!!

    Good one :-D

  • what a stupid video. Totally bullshit. Why would a professor say evil is created by god? He has no reason to say so. This video is just another religion crap.

  • excellent video!!!

  • God would have given him the courage to do that,

if he can cure me of nmonia he can do anything!

  • Huh. Weird, this version has a slightly different message at the end. I'm used to it saying "Religion is knowledge, too."

But now it says "Religion is science too." That... is actually much more offensive.

  • Bullshit ... Just a urban legend that wasn't happen in any way ...

This is the Epicurean paradox, not a proff that a good didn't exist. Einstein, at this age was an skeptical ...

  • My friend this video is only a repitition of an event in Einstein's live.

  • @nargilem35 Actually, this video is a repetition of an urban legend (a.k.a. a lie), and there is no evidence to suggest this even ever happened in Einstein's life at all.

  • @nargilem35

It is not even that, this is a fantasy story.

  • @nargilem35 Is there any evidence that this event even took place? Was it recorded anywhere in the history of Einsteins life?

Can you please provide a source which proves this story is not just another urban legend spread by desperate christians who want to claim Einstein as one of their own?

  • @nargilem35

Ist das so wirklich passiert? Oder ist das eine ausgedachte Geschichte?

  • PROFESSOR GOT PWNED!!!!! :))))

  • lol good one XD
