I broke up with a girlfriend. back in 1987 ,and was very depressd a ,I went to a psyciatrist,who suggested a hypnotic session,...so I tried it,...sceptical.. ,I was astounded at what I said and how that session picked me back up and how good I felt after, Ive often wondered why that session was effective at ridding myself of the burdens that I never knew were there, I thought the girlfriend was the problem but it wasnt just her, it was burdens I had as a child,
