@Bbwalldude Use the split clip feature its in the movie box. It's the two clips separated by a dotted line. at the part you want to slow down cut the clip, and at the part you want to speed up again, but it again. In the middle will be the clip that you want to be slow. Change that and the rest will be normal. I recommend scrolling in so you can see the clip in milliseconds. Good Luck =)
