Does anybody have the clip where John is screaming at the counsler to shut up, and taking off is make up? That was a very classic moment in ATWT history and I can't find. there is another clip, but it's not on that eaither.
Gosh I was 11 years old when this aired. I remember for DAYS my grams, mom and me thought the l'il old lady in the front row was going to be John! Hahahaha
none of that would be allowed in an actual trial. he was badgering the witness. i don't even know where to begin with the rest of the inaccuracies, but i know it isn't like that in a real courtroom.
Who the heck is the old lady in the first row knitting something. That is so funny. Its great to see all these old clips of ATWT with the all of the Stewarts. Thanks so much for posting, Patc2000!!!
Good storyline but that YELLING is TOO MUCH. I used to watch ATWT back in those days. I enjoyed the Stewart family - Ellen, John, Dee as well as other characters such as Ariel and Karen Haines (dixon).
I don't think I even got to this back in the day. No VCRs then, so if you missed it, you missed it! This is all awesome. Would love to see more of John and Margo's conversation at the house. Who is that woman who was there? A nurse? Hadn't she just had a miscarriage?
I'm so glad you got the scene between James & the very much alive John basically intact! I'd give this vid. more stars than five if I could. That scene between Brygman & Herrera had to be the most LOL scene in ATWT's history, & then John's later call to Ariel is just as good (Brygman could really make a scene even better back then). And God how I miss John on ATWT these days!
Yeah, where is he? He hasn't been seen since 2004. It's like he vanished off the face of the Earth. You'd think he'd have been around with all the problems Tom and Margo were having with Casey, since he's Casey's maternal grandfather.
Not only that I'd love to have seen John during the Bob stroke storyline, and w/ young Chris Hughes taking over the hospital and lab (John wouldn't have allowed that!) But of course, I know where Brygman went -- off because he couldn't stand how little John was being used -- I know he's appeared on Broadway plays since.
No, a mistake from the last vid., Brian was the D.A. at this point,Tom was defending Dee. I wish we could see more full scenes from this trial, than we are getting. But I know the vids that are left of this time period for ATWT are not complete.
Ariel was shocked lol

Justin Deas is the finest actor ever!!! Have loved him since the Ryans Hope days. Will miss him the most if they truly cancel Guiding Light.

The scenes where John returned "from the dead" aired in late January 1983 and early February 1983.
