PDC and BDO are completely different. PDC is more professional, and the crowds seem to be quieter. The players at PDC don't have to concentrate as much to drown out the crowds, where as BDO players do. BDO standards are actually higher, look at players like Hankey and Adams. They are both capable, and I think both of them players could beat someone like Taylor. Taylor has won the championship 13 times, Hankey and Adams have only won it twice. That shows that there r more range of players in BDO.

It's always a discussion, BDO/PDC... but lets face it, Taylor is PDC, if he quits playing darts it doesn't matter where you play any more. Because now, with Taylor it is interesting for players to join the PDC and get a chance to beat 'The Power', which most of the players don't succeed in doing.

Even though Taylor has lost against van Barneveld (07 Final as most important one) and Gary Anderson, Simon Whitlock both were BDO members when doing that.

Thats the top tournament in the BDO being contested by one its top players and his average is 87. If that was your average in the PDC you wouldnt get out the changing room never mind into the final of one of its top tournaments. The BDO is second rate in every way to the PDC
