@Thecheckoutguy Firstly all poppet valve guns ( like egos) get MUCH smoother the older they get. A new ego will have alot of vibration when its new but after you use it for a long time it will get alot softer feeling. All the o-rings and springs wear a little and makes everything feel smoother. I own a Proshop and after around 10 cases of paint (which is usually like 4 months of regular play) i would lower the Lpr 2-3 turns and the dwell like 1-2 ms. once they are good and broke in.
I've noticed that both the dwell and the lpr can be dropped a little while maintaining consistent velocity. It makes the gun a lil more efficient and have less vibration. a few of the people I know with old egos 06 07 08 are super smooth, much softer than when they were only a year old. In fact the really old poppet guns feel like spoolies after years of play.The only thing that will help is getting a Low pressure valve like on the SL versions.

Great angle and nice gun, way too many shooting videos with terrible backgrounds and angles so you can't even tell how accurate the gun is. Thumbs up.

for video purposes it better represents the ability of the marker and allows for a consistent stream of paint; in a game ramping is rarely used correctly; ramping is used best to replace a bunker allowing you to play more of the field.
@ChoppedPaint yeah, i get all that. but it totaly takes away from the skill of trigger walking. it doesnt take skill to ramp. i just like paintball better when you have to depend on your fingers for your bps, not the gun.
Personally i think the ego 11 is a step back from the ego 10.. The way it looks stands out more witch i dislike but still PE makes some of the best markers in the world

EGO's in general are the greatest markers from planet eclipse, because they just work perfectly....they are expensive, but the performanse in the field is awesome. the parts, the redeyes, the barrel...everything is made with extremely accuracy. Im not an expert with markers but, ask everyone you want, and they will tell you the same... PROTO RAIL has nothing to compare with the EGO's.
Proto Rail is a good marker, but it cant be compared with the EGO11 :)

@GhostKid0201 a g6r is the best competitor with this thing. i have shot the ego11 at my local field, and i got to say it shoots nice, (it was brand new so it needed to be broken in) but it was chopping jt spectrum like hell. no joke the owner had to clean his gun every game. (he was shooting the field limit, at 280, in the fall) great gun, but a very high price when a g6r shoots just about the same... @GhostKid0201 I think with everything sometimes you get a bad run in the factory like maybe his cure 3 bolt wasn't machined correctly leaving a bit more of a sharp edge which will be harder on the paint clipping the ball above the one in the breach blahblahblah even the rotor can have sharp edges from the casting of the plastic sharp edges is bad for paint. good paint bad paint cheap paint expensive new old fat swollen balls of death flyin out in sprays like diarhea omg im ranting on youtube...
Bur still it's 1250 and I mean unless you play everyday I dont think it's worth it. I play every weekend but I'd never have enough money to spend on a paintball gun like this, do people that have these guns get huge discounts or do they have very deep pockets?
@xlegit10lobbiezx YEAH $1250.00 is alot of money but if you have been in the game for awhile you can sell your gun and upgrade like I did. Its a amazing gun to shoot in regards to consistancy,efficiency,accuracy, and low operating pressure. Plus the 11 is the only gun you can adjust the solenoid atm. Basically the gun is the Bentley in paintball world atm.
But yeah if you are just starting to play you will need to have deep pockets for this marker if buying retail with no trade-in.

Go with a reg by Gorilla Air or Ninja Paintball. Tank size should be determined by your arm length to get a good fit, but a 45 is generally pretty good for front players, a 68 better for back players or players who go through more paint.

@stompnd ...not quite the same accuracy wise. I mean, it's only my word against others, but I've owned an Etek, an 07, 08, and 09 EGO and they all are accurate until a certain range. It's like they drop off. I've also owned a DM7 and 9, and a PM7 and 8. I have a GEO+ at the moment. From what I can tell, none of those had the same...."drop off" once they hit that certain distance.
