how do you melt your chocolate?

@LeenLuvsU We do it in microwave oven. To melt one pound of chocolate put it in a microwave safe container, set it to medium-high and cook for one minute, stir the chocolate and cook it for another minute still at medium-high. Adjust your time if you need to melt more chocolate.
