Meh, not bad at all. I enjoyed it, and I do some public speaking competitions. There are some people in Dramatic Interpretation that you could probably beat. *shrug* Cool job, gave me feeling.
Oh my god this was amazing! you are so talented, i think im going to use this monologue as well but i dont think it will be as good as your performance :)
That's really good! I'm using this monologue for an audition for uni I've got on Friday and this really helped me see how it could be acted! :') Thank you so much :L
lol i was playing this at school and my class mates were like are u watching a movie.. i started smiling bcuz im thinking u must of been a good actor.. i think u did a splended job. well done my friend
what is the name of the music that is being played? plz reply thanx, btw literlally loved ur video and i starterd crying, i think u will have a future in acting :)
@shosho777awsome Thank you for your comment:) The song I used is from a website that composes music. Cinecue.com The thing is you have to request them to send you they're music library. It is free at least when I did it. They take awhile to get to your house. Hope this was helpful =)
@michelly06 cool, i have the same monologue but i have difficulties showing emotions, i experianced some sad and depressing momments but still at the begging i can tear up but when i get in the middle of the script i just focus on the words , like i cnat show emotions like u , u did it so well and for me its kinda hard cuz i have to preform it in my drama class :) xx
hey i was just wondering, whats the name of the song you used in the background? I'm going to audition for a school and Im going to use this monolouge, and the song in the background would sound really great with it. Whats the name of it?
@xxmyscarsxx Sorry, I don't check my account too often, I just noticed your comment. The song I used is from a website that composes music. Hey, I was just looking through some of the Drew monologues to see how other people would approach it. I have no trainning either but out of everyone else that I have seen so far, yours is good. Just figured Id compliment you. =)
this will sound obvious, but you should really try and live it, it seems like you are just reading . There is something called dumb acting- it refers to simply looking within your past and getting those emotions through. Try... however it was the best monologue of richard fisher's funeral on youtube
@negritaadq Thank you. When I recorded this video It was my first time reading this monologue…most of it was memorized after a few reads before I recorded, but I did have the monologue on my screen for just incase/ when I did forget :P I really do Love the art of acting, and would love to continue this passion. Do you have any suggestions on how to get more involved and improve in acting.
@michelly06 You could get an acting coach for starters for extra training. You already have natural talent so you just need to perfect it. As well once your ready to commit fully you can get an agent. Look online and make sure the agent is a good one. :)
this was REALLY good. I got a little teary eyed watching it! I'm doing this monologue for my college acting class in a few weeks.
