Who knows maybe they were insane to begin with, we've heard stories that TNG was a crazy place to work. Patrick Stewart himself said on a TNG DVD Special feature that TNG was one of the nicest shows to guest on because they had a great time.

Well compared to Brent Spiner and Patrick Stewart, Gates, Marina, Micheal and Levar they have all kept thier figures, Jonathon frakes for an actor eats wayy too much. Look at how much weight he gained from season 2 and 3. Lardbucket.
