I remember when I first watched this documentary. I spent most of time shaking my head at Hamed's incredibly unprofessional attitude to the biggest fight of his life and I knew he was going to lose. Hamed had all the tools to be a great one but his ego and arrogance got the better of him. What a shame. He had sooo much talent. This is a cautionary tale for any young fighters out there. No matter how good you think you are you still need to put the hard work in and stay focused.

Something non british fans who didnt follow most of career is that when Naseem and his original trainer Brendan Ingle split, he wasn't fighting as good, slowly as the fights went on, you could see Naseem didn't have the heart to be in the sport anymore, he wasn't training right, he just didn't want it. To go 12 rounds against Barrera and not once get knocked down, and to fight with your hands down is something special only Naseem could do. Peace.

I remember when I first watched this documentary. I spent most of time shaking my head at Hamed's incredibly unprofessional attitude to the biggest fight of his life and I knew he was going to lose. Hamed had all the tools to be a great one but his ego and arrogance got the better of him. What a shame. He had sooo much talent. This is a cautionary tale for any young fighters out there. No matter how good you think you are you still need to put the hard work in and stay focused.

Something non british fans who didnt follow most of career is that when Naseem and his original trainer Brendan Ingle split, he wasn't fighting as good, slowly as the fights went on, you could see Naseem didn't have the heart to be in the sport anymore, he wasn't training right, he just didn't want it. Naz was a fantastic fighter and had the potential to be an all-time great. His fights were unmissable. Unfortunately for him he went from a master boxer-puncher with a cheeky smile and a twinkle in his eye to a complete big-mouthed dickhead who thought he could KO anyone with one shot, dispensing with his boxing skills in the process. Shame he let his head get so far up his own arse. And all that "Allah" bullshit got way out of hand. Fuck him. That's what I say.

look naz lost that fight fare and square, he just looked slow and out of shape and he didnt even do his signature front flip over the ropes.. so maybe he wasnt the greatest but he was damn good. he had a different style that no one had probably the fastest and most fluid footwork boxing has seen. but one thing we all have to agree on was that he was the greatest entertainer boxer, the man flew in on a magic carpet for his entrance. it was just fun to him, its sad to see him go out like that
