Interesting in this song or maybe in this whole concert i don't know. But she pronounces the letter S and Sh so soft that you can't hear them and it is so interesting.

It' sounds like too much "de-essing". An audio FX used to reduce the "sssss" that can be unpleasant when you add brightness to the vocal. But if you "de-ess" too much, you get rid of them, completely.
