  • interesting how sue talks about respecting the dead animals but i just saw an episode of super sizers in which she fisted a dead chicken and threw it against a wall :/

  • Sue Perkins has the most beautiful smile in the world.

  • Sue Perkins is very attractive.

  • Sue kinda reminds of Emma Thompson

  • Sue has a attraction to her were she is just fun to watch

  • who thinks these two should strip naked and have hot passionate sex in this kitchen?

  • who thinks these two should strip naked and have hot passionate sex in this kitchen?

  • Sue is so cute

  • All good stuff but 2 quibbles: 1) bottom drawer of freezer was almost empty - uses more energy than a stuffed freezer. Just buy a load of day-old bread, etc 2) I do put most veg in the freezer but cut up ready for sauces, etc. Throw them in near the end & you won't see a difference (cuts cooking time too). I also freeze (destemmed) fresh herbs (no need to chop-just crumble straight from freezer) & use an (old) small icecube tray to make chopped garlic & fresh grated ginger cubes. Lecture ends!

  • 1 in 4 cars that will make a big difference and i love sue because shes a bit like anne robinson the way she looks at lucy.

  • I love sue perkins but I don't love the idea of this video, sticking a camera into a celeb's fridge and giving commentary on it is funny in a surreal way but it's not good.

  • @eve6261979 If you're going to make a tasteless homophobic joke against your better instincts, just make the joke. Apologies are for faggots.

  • "if you are going to kill something give it the respect of eating it" sounds like something to support cannibalism to me.

  • @adamc404 well, only if you're already down with murder

  • is this video supposed to be informative? Just seems SO obvious to me - who doesn't know how to freeze?

  • "freeze my blueberries" has a different meaning in the world of association football.

  • "If I was not a vegetarian.." Er, Sue.. FISH. Veggie's don't eat fish! She's a pescetarian, not a vegetarian.

  • Search HOW TO JUST GET BY IN THE VOICE OVER BUSINESS to see Sue Perkins' meteoric (if not hysterical) "rise" to the "top!"

  • She looks hungover.

  • i'm so in love with sue!

  • Why is Sue's freezer so empty? She must have had a clear out before they arrived.

  • in the intro of the SS Giles says she's a part time vegetarian

  • how is she a vegetarian when she ate meat like crazy on the Supersizers?

  • TheNeonAngelk, Sue said when she's not doing Supersizers, she's a vegetarian, but obviously she's not religious about it.

I also saw that she's on the latest edition of Just A Minute! It's a fun quiz show on BBC Radio 4. Except there's something amiss with my notebook and BBC player is not working right now, but just on my computer. I'll have to install the operating system again. As Winnie the Pooh said, "Oh bother."

  • Love it. Sue is great. But take the whole premise back, and it's nonsense.

Bracken, when rotting gives off as much carbon dioxide as anything. So we stop growing food, and leave the land alone, and what just grown in its place gives off more Co2 than the food we stopped producing.

There were more "animal" in terms of "tons of animal" and Co2 output in 1200 than there is now.

Krakatoa - put more Co2 into the atmosphere in 72 hours than the human race has done EVER.

  • @longbendy81

Where are you getting this from? There were thousands of head of oxen living in 3 square kilometers in 1200 AD? To a fifth grader, this would sound absurd, and I'm an adult who went to college. So: huh? Bracken wouldn't have rotted because wild herbivores, and not marauding legions of them, mind you, would've eaten it. Lastly, methane is a greater threat to the atmosphere than CO2, and this is indisputably on the rise as effluent spewing humans and their livestock spread.

  • They should've checked how she stores other things as well! A lot of people store bread improperly.

Otherwise pretty good, Sue seems to have put some thought into how she stores food, which is genuinely a good thing.
