No this is perfect English since there is no mispronunciation of any words so its perfect English. No he doesnt have a cut glass English accent because he is not an English man he's a welsh man there are very few welsh people that have a cut glass english accent if any but that doesnt mean we dont speak English properly. Oh just to add he's from south wales where very few people speak the welsh language so English is usually our only language.

@FlippieX Your 21years old, you admit english is your second language, you obviously write and read it VERY well (i commend you on that) . but do'nt be so presumptuous as to tell british people how to pronounce thier own language. You are right, certain accents can be hard to understand, but the words are all the same if your WELSH, ENGLISH, SCOTS, IRISH OR DUTCH. Would'nt life be boreing without regional accents, we would have no national / regional identity. I'm sorry if i insulted you.

@porthcawl666 All I said was that it is somethings difficult to understand these regonial accent, cause the english in which people speclalize (for those who doesnt have english their primary language) is the pronounciation that are in the dictionary. And therefore we state that as perfect english cause 'the dictionary is always right'. It is the same here, we have different regonial accent. that is why we state that perfect Dutch is what our dictionary 'says' the pronouciation should be.

No this is perfect English since there is no mispronunciation of any words so its perfect English. No he doesnt have a cut glass English accent because he is not an English man he's a welsh man there are very few welsh people that have a cut glass english accent if any but that doesnt mean we dont speak English properly. Oh just to add he's from south wales where very few people speak the welsh language so English is usually our only language.

I'm Scottish and i'm pretty good at English, so just because i don't speak like an Englishman doesn't mean i can't speak the language properly. If you knew anything about Britain you'd know that their are so many different English accents... so if your so smart then tell me which one is perfect English?

@darkpassenger09 The one that is in the dictionary. In our country also every province have their own accent. Even some cities within the province can have different accent. But the main language without the dialect is the perfect language and that one is written in your language dictionary. Because this book not only gives you how you should spell the words but also how to pronounce them.
