Thanks so much for posting the interview! It really helped me to settle a debate I'd had in my own mind around this whole subject. I think a lot of us in the social marketing world have been getting hammered with a lot of sales e-mails lately with all the different launches going on and its getting old. I've been doing a lot of free how to videos without any real goal other than to help other social marketers, and I think the results I'm seeing show people appreciate that.
