@neversoftt it's not that we're stuck in the past. Speaking as an old linkin park fan, I enjoyed there old style to the point where Linkin Park was my favorite band no questions asked. So when minutes to midnight came out I gave it a shot and liked it. Wasn't great, wasn't bad, whatever. When A Thousand Suns came out, I gave that an honest shot too, simply because of the band name "Linkin Park" They've deviated from there style to much for me to appreciate it.

I say their new stuff sucks. I like Hybrid Theory WAY better. It's not that I "can't grow up past my teen years," It's because his voice is perfect for the Metal, not this whiny crap they've been putting out. first of all, this song definitely has Indian influence. the beat is a straight bhangra beat

and being a true, longtime LP fan myself, i can see how this album is completely different than their previous albums but because it's different, it doesn't mean its not good in its own way. music is never static, it's always evolving and so are its listeners
