  • if he knew how to lift weights he might be bigger, no he isnt using steriods, just over the counter supps obviously. try full range of motion and less weight. learn to be humbled

  • My friends 18, hes on roids, and only does 75lb dumbells, which he actually does legit reps. So yeah ur so fake bro, 95lb and ur 16? go fuck urself.

  • Also, how many meals a day do you eat? I ask because I eat 6-meals a day. I eat breakfast and split that up into 3-meals. I than eat lunch and I split that up into 2-meals. Than last, but not least, I eat dinner. I of course drink plenty of Protein in between all of them.

  • I'm saying this because I use to be the same. I use to try and do too much weight and all that did was destroy me. I never accomplished my goal at the right time because I did too much weight, which lessened my reps. What you're suppose to achieve in a workout is "8-reps". You want enough weight that only allows you to pop out 8-reps. Than after that, you want to work on that amount of weight until you accomplish 16-reps. Once you do that, it's time to increase. Trust me, it works.

  • 16 reps is way OTT. If you get a full 12 reps you go up a weight in my opinion. Saying that I had a 40kg Dumbell doing overhead extensions, and I did 9reps, so then I went for the 45kgs and I only could do 2 reps and 1/2 lol. I've just turned 16.

  • It's very impressive, except you're cheating yourself. In some, or should I say a lot, of you regimens are being done a little sloppy. I understand that you want to get big. But if you want your muscles to be strong, big, and cut you need to slow it down. Instead of doing too much weight, how about you do enough weight that is struggling and you're capable to get full extension and do them clean, because I noticed that you swerve a lot during your workout.
