I agree with you guys. I love the original movie and dislike the remake a lot. It's definitely a classic and anyone that hates this film but likes the remake obviously prefers special effects and gore rather than creepy suspense and terror. I pity those people.

I agree as well. Any remake is usually a complete failure. I mean, why did they have to remake The Shining, Halloween, The Fog, etc. The originals are the best and will always be the best!
