Apparantly during the Lakers v. Nuggets gimmick match Kennedy dropped Randy Orton on his previosly injured neck which really rattled Orton. You can see the video on youtube.

Orton was visibly pissed off after the move and he actually smacked kennedy in the head a few times in frustration
