If you look up the 2011 caprice it is only in use for law enforcement. Gm has not said if the will put the car into production for civilian use. I work for Whelen and my contacts at Gm say the same. So in plane and simple it is not for sale to the public. That means that no one owns a 2011 caprice if they are not law enforcement.
