    The Title Stating “Whole Wheat pizza dough Part 1 of 3” IS MISLEADING.

    Your recipe calls for:

    • 3 1/2 cup of unbleached whiter wheat flour

    • 1/2 cup semolina flour (which you are using as WHOLE Wheat)

    The radios between both flours are 87.5% white and 12.5% semolina.

    Have you made a real whole wheat pizza? At least 75% Whole wheat and 25% white!

  • how important is it to use the regular yeast instead of just mixing in the instant yeast with the flour?
