Kunimitsu didn't have an official profile in Tekken 1, only the main 8 did. It is only fan rumors stating that Kunimitsu was male; the only thing 'male' was the use of Yoshimitsu's voice, most likely due to the lack of female voices in T1. In 1994, MK3 also only had one female voice if you don't count Sheeva.

Having Kunimitsu copy Michelle's voice (hey yah!) just wouldn't be fitting, and using Nina's voice would mean that all but one female character in the game would have the same voice.

armor king isn't the teacher of king he just appeared and was fighting with king. when he overwhelmed king, king fled but has damaged armor kings eye.

Lee is adopted son of Heihachi and have learned from Marshall Law and Paul Phoenix and knows some moves from the kazama-style aswell.

Heihachi is kazuya's father but i don't know if he taught him or not. There is a video cut in the psp tekken kazuya ending when jinpachi(heihachi's father) and kazuya trained together when kazuya was a child.

The goal of tekken 4 seemed to be innovation. They really put the new characters out their and locked some of the old ones away to force everyone to try out new characters. It also seemed to be a way to cut out clone characters. If you notice the Tekken 4 cuts that returned returned with new moves.

They are selectable in the home version just not the Arcade one.

Actually you can play as the unselectables in Tekken 1 after you complete the game with the regular character i.e Nina's boss character is Anna so she's unlocked after completeing the game with Nina but you have to go off screen to select them and they don't have an ending in story mode it might just be the home version though, I haven't tried it on the arcade version yet.
