The best game ever manufactured, just hope that the Ea would start upgrading these games so that they will start working on Windows 7 for example, for me it does not work have tried several times but it looks like theres a file missing from the computer system..!!! Its so sad that Ea had to go and rape the C&C games, they were so awesome!!!

@igrowweedfromaseed put the cd in the *burning drive* the drive where u burn ur cds. it works. if u dont have a *burning drive* get a computer from the year 2000+

It's only 1 year old, i don't why, one day it just crashed during diablo 2 lol, and then it just can see any cd in the drive, you can hear it struggle but nothing happens..

yes, it's the mission where you have to recapture the Hammerfest base, i coverted and edited the map as skirmish map. :)

yes RA 2 is build upon the same engine, but has removed key features from it and addet new ones instead.

Necroid, do you have any experience with the C&C Game editor called "Tibed" ?

do not ever use TibEd, it's well known for it's massive amount of Fail, rather extract the ini files you need from the Tibsun.mix archive and edit the rules....those are simple tags and you get used to a variety of codings easily

epic game! In some ways it's got better gameplay than nowadays' RTSs. These days we've lost something...the charm they had somehow. BTW did they have the Tesla coil in this one too? my all time fav weapon :D

PS: this isn't the normal speed of the game is it?

No, there were no tesla coils, tesla coils = red alert universe, tiberian universe had only obelisk of light (and in TS it had my favorite shape).

and no i play on slower speed, this gives you a lot more room for tactical actions and planned strikes, and it's fun to me :)

yeah...actually they screwed Red Alert 2 too, and Renegade had EA influence too, they took over, Westwood Pacific worked for EA and date presssure under EA firm policity was there....sadly thats why RA 2 is so wacky...those were good times when small companies did lovely games like westwood or bullfrog...
