In here in Finland, we have 7-9 seconds pre-warning time, when gates starts to lower.

It's an old Leslie horn that Conrail and ATSF used.

Oh Forgot, both locomotives are CW40-8's. 7311 was recently repainted from YN2 to YN3 shown here. Both are Ex-Conrail units.
