Not unprofessional. He clearly wants the audience to have the full effect of the song without another band rudely interuppting. If anything, whoever was in the background was unprofessional. I'm sure they made whatever band was practicing stop because it was interfering with this performance. I'm glad he said something. Rock on, Glen. <3 Marketa, you're beautiful. Gotta love The Swell Season.

There was some "bleeding" from Les Claypool. This is either before or after the Reconteurs - I only know because I saw all of the Recs.- and this song from Swell Season. The order of things is a bit fuzzy.

Never heard the Swell Season before, really liked it.
