I say, iTunes looks like an interesting way to legaly obtain stuff, but sadly NOT every company relies on it. iTunes could try and possibly expand to J2ME market, as carriers can sometimes be way behind for some countries (example: Contra 4 was released for TIM, Brazil , almost ONE YEAR after Verizon and AT&T might have laid their hands on it)
