just to let everyone know, you can get the lvl 99 characters without a jailbroken iphone using iexplorer like i did but you can't get iap cracker

@sonygodofwar123 The folder it saves it in by default is /var/mobile/Media/Downloads, if it's not there, download it again but click Save as... then save it to where ever you want.

@frankycool45 Did you get iAp(Look in the Description for the source) Put that source in Cydia and then type in iAp Cracker (Download and Install it) then you can get in App purchases for free (Special items) :)
