HPI Racing E10 RTR drifting on carpet

That's the best I've seen an E10 driven. I've only ran mine on asphalt and it does okay, I should look into running on some carpet, but you've got that one hooked up. Stock? What mods have you done?

the less turns a motor has the faster so yea a 15t would be faster

I know what the dbox is, it's that little box the you hook up to the turning on the car then the original cable to the box, it's an ajustable box to help you drift, it's counter steers for you and helps you drift really good.

depends on what surface and what tires... I tried on a basketball court and they do around 30mph in a straight line. The rechargeable battery that it comes with is weak though so look for something 3000+ mah and you should be doing pretty good. I got 2 batteries off ebay for like 32 bucks shipped

wow some of the smoothest drifting i've ever seen, the e10 must be a pretty nice car... i have a qtn though, does the RTR e10 drift better or worse than a RTR tt-01 (of course with drift tires and locked diffs). cuz im considering buying one.

well i have a tt-01 and my friend runs a novak system on his tt-01 and it works fine, my concern is with the diffs, because with the tt-01 standard diffs, you have to lock both front nad back in order to drift smoothly, is the e10 diffs built for drifting or normal diffs? cuz if its normal then i would have to lock it manually then there really isnt anypoint in gettin it if its not specifically designed for drift
