Um, he's a governor and he lied about where he was. He told his staff that he was "hiking the Appalachian trail" when he was actually screwing his mistress in Argentina

He didn't tell anyone where he was, and if an emergency happened while he was gone, I think the people of South Carolina would expect that he would answer his phone.

Besides that, he pretends to be a "family values" guy, and it appears that the he isn't living up to the moral standards he wants to legislate for everyone else.
