No It's not a soprano is keyed in Bb. If you play a G or a C on the soprano you are playing D and G respectively on the alto. If you are playing a sopranino sax (featured in this video) which is keyed in Eb you are playing the same notes as an alto but one octave higher.
That makes my tenor sax look like a contrabass
