tequilla, fresh oranges,and seasoning for the sauce

pork,beef,whatever u like

mix the pork with the sauce,put in a pan,cover with banana leafs,then cover with aliminum paper,slow roast for 4 hours (250) et voila,a meal that fills u up and make u tipsy al in once .i ll post the video when i do it again
