when i click login, it pops up and say that the server's host key was not found in the cache. it asks if i trust it 2 click yes,to connect without adding host key to the cache, press no and to abandon the connection press cancel. i don't know what to do help!!!

That's interesting. I haven't done anything jailbreak in a while but my assumption is that there is a new version of win scp out that's made for 3.0+ firmaware. I would check if there is a newer version
