He's still campaigning for the Dem Presidential nomination in the US, but he hasn't won a delegate yet. Not the fairest reflection of the level of support for him.

It'll be a shame if not even the man himself gets to be a delegate at their '08 convention. He's done enough to interest people in voting for a Democrat.

Those nominations can't come from anyone: from certain organisations, from professors in certain disciplines (eg. international law) and from members of national parliaments. So approach your Federal MHR to make the nomination. But why would he be a better more likely choice than the former Senator Gareth Evans?
