Wow. I have been in a wheelchair for 34 years and believe me it has taken it's toll on me. But today when I saw this video I was really awestruck! I know now I will have to rethink what lies before me. Are they really obstacles or am I letting what I have been thru over the years kind of hold me back. I will be watching this video periodically. Many disabled are trapped in poverty of SSI and many can't even get
a Section 8 apartment since their are not enough apartments and the
homeless drug addicts get first call being homeless getting their
supervised housing which takes from the wheelchair users who often
pay the whole SSI check only $698. now which was $674. for 3 years
without yearly increase for 3 years. So they have to shair rental that
eats up whole check. Many more worse of in Nursing Homes Prisons so
thats why they can't

That is a great feeling when you can walk but to be wheelchair is truly an uplifting feeling.
