@ArshavinatorTheTres Because the cabin crew will sit in the back and front during landings and take offs. They have to remain seated just like passengers and at that time they have no control over people. As long as the device doesn't transmit radio signals, you are fine. I always shoot during take-offs or landings since I know that one will wonder around during these procedures. Even if someone said some crap I would lay out my knowledge for them :)
