  • Thank you for the video ! I am a tomato person should I grow lots of tomatoes. I am in need of any heirloom tomato seeds, large.. I would thank you for any information.... Thanks Tim..

  • @Teddybearcop48 Do you want tomatoes for canning? The Mediterranian is very very large w/ few seeds. Good large pinkish red tomato with superb flavor is the Marion. One of the best producing that is a medium size tomato is the Earliana. Homestead is a great variety too. Even though they are not large the Principe Borghese is fabulous flavor, prolific producer, can be sun dried, paste or fresh. It is a newer variety but to get an early start, the most cold tolerant is the Sub-Arctic Plenty. Xo, A

  • WOW!!! Where do ya find the time to do all this stuff?!! You're WONDER WOMAN my dear A! Hehehehe....lookin' great,...thumbs up to ya my good buddy and thankin' ya for the COOL UPLOAD!! = )

  • @qualqui LOL, I have been called a "machine" by ppl. I don't sleep much & so I work! All of this is very time consuming. But I know how important the work is, it keeps my family healthy, helps others along, helps out w/ finances so I am motivated to keep going. Organics are too costly these days! Full steam ahead. You are so very welcome. Thanks for watching. I appreciated out dialogue.

  • @infomorgue Thank you much. Hope we all have a good fall planting & harvest. I do both... we can produce so much seed I keep a healthy seed stock & trade for silver other seeds with the extra. With three growing seasons here there is always something to collect. Today I am also working on Litchi tomato. Looking forward to seeing you at it! Xo, A

  • All right that settles it! I think I'm going to go sit out on the porch and work on some of our seed collection also. I still need to get the plant matter out of our lettuce mix, and get our dill seeds bagged up, and a few others also.

Can't wait to start fall planting! I've got my garden beds all sketched out on paper. Maybe I need to take a picture of that for the blog since we really have very little harvest lately.

  • @LawnsAreDumb LOL did I give you a gentle kick in the behind? I am w/ you on the things that still need to be done. I have not yet processed all the seeds from last year! I am soooo ready for fall too.

  • @artnuwa11 LOL Yes yes you did. Every time you've done a seed video I've sat here and looked over at all my lettuce, dill, lambs quarter, snow peas, mint, and stevia seeds, and thought 'I should get to doing that' and then they just sit. So last night I got to it and got the lettuce (3/4 of the plant matter out of it. I think I need a sifter for the rest), and the dill (all done), and the lambs quarter (all done)! Today I'll try and tackle the rest! Thanks for the inspiration! :-)

  • @LawnsAreDumb You are welcome! I am in high gear 2day. Even though the seeds are here I don't feel they are mine until they are bagged, labeled & in my seed stock bags in the refer. The first years at it I made the mistake of mot being patient enough w/ some & collected too early. Glad to hear of your progress. I have lamb quarters seeds but have not grown it yet. Do you like it? I am impressed that you got your stevia to seed! Good for u. Talk soon. If you want to do a trade let me know. Xo, A
