well to be fair, I believe the story was intended to celebrate the Reverend's 100th Birthday. I think if more ideas come to Christopher he will write more. We will never forget you Rev. W. Awdry, you should be proud, Thanks for 100 years of joy and for telling all about the Island of Sodor, Including me. I have to thank you for giving me a wonderful childhood. Thank you and God Bless.
Christopher Awdry did his father the greatest service by writing a story all about his old man who did so much for him and for us the fans. This was good and proper and a great way to say thank you to the Reverend.
Putting this up online is doing the series a disservice. Many people will not bother buying the book if they can read online. It's copyright infringement whether people like it or not. Why do you think people pressured you into doing the narrations? Simple, they wanted to hear the stories and see the illustrations but didn't want to buy it. Sure, some may buy i after watching this. But many won't. I'm surprised people who profess to be Railway Series fans would do this.
It is the end. We can all say good-bye to the engines such as Duck, Pip, Emma, Oliver, Daisy, BoCo, Bear, Bill, Ben, Ivo Hugh, Bert, Mike, Rex, Frank, Jock, Culdee, Patrick, Catherine, and a bunch of other
Wonderful work! BTW, I've been wanting to ask you (but it always kept forgetting), what's the music that you used at the end, and beginning, from? The audio versions of the series?
What an excellent story. A very nice way to end the Railway Series (supposedly). I'm very impressed, especially with the illustrations. All the classic characters appeared or their names were mentioned too!
A great tribute to one of the best writers of all times, and we lost John Sullivan last year RIP to both of them

Sorry it's late but a big thank you for narrating these 4 stories. I'm sure the 'The End' means it was just the end of the book.

Since you didn't say "The End" on the book, I think it's because you actually added it. I saw that on TTTE.Wikia.

@danielcelanorocks No, the book DOES say "The End". I know, I own it in person.
